Chapel Hill Bed and Breakfast is the
perfect place for
wedding ceremonies and receptions; birthday and
anniversary parties; retreats and business meetings with
overnight stays; and any other special event.
We offer three options for Wedding Ceremonies and
Receptions:
A) The Wedding Altar (Christian and\or other Religion),
located at the front private garden surrounded by
beautiful vistas. Capacity for 140 people, restrooms
located at the Oak Pavilion.
B) The Pond Pergola, located on the East side of the
pond which is surrounded by large trees. capacity for
100 people, restrooms located at the Oak Pavilion.
C) The Oak Pavilion, located behind the B&B, surrounded
by natural grounds and parking lot, a very private
setting.
Seating capacity for 140 people with restrooms.
Wedding receptions are recommended at the Oak Pavilion,
other locations available.
Chapel Hill Bed and Breakfast has a capacity for 140
people on Saturday's; 50 people on Tuesday and Friday's
and 100 people on Wednesday's. Events of twenty people
or less can be held indoors.

Policy Statement
- To hold a date, a security deposit of fifty
(50%) percent and signature of
our Guidelines Agreement is required. The entire event
fee, cleaning fee,
and taxes must be paid in addition to your deposit one
month prior to the event date, with your deposit, you
voluntarily and irrevocably agree with our
policies\rules.
- There will be a One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150.00)
administrative fee for
all cancellations. Cancellations of one hundred eighty
(180) days shall be charged
at the rate of 60% of the total deposit and
cancellations of one hundred twenty days
(120) or less shall result in the loss of your full
deposit. The security deposit will be
adjusted accordingly if special cleaning, repairs,
personnel or replacements are
required at or after the event.
