Policy Statement

- Our suites and room rates are based on double occupancy (two people), and does not include sales and\or taxes. The rate includes a gourmet breakfast.
- We have a two-night minimum for selected holidays and special events. Please ask when you make your reservation, this does not include local\state taxes.
- Check-in time is 4:00 - 5:30pm, later arrivals can be accommodated with an email\call one week in advance; check-out is 10:30am, all times local.
- We require a fifty (50%) percent deposit with the balance due on your arrival for all reservations, with your deposit, you voluntarily and irrevocably agree with our policies\rules.
- Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to booking stay, or we cannot refund your deposit.
- We cannot provide refunds for early departures.
- Chapel Hill B&B is a smoke-free environment.
- We do not allow pets, but they can be boarded at Cole Park Vet, we reserve the right to refuse service, any damage or missing property will also be charged to the room.
- Parents of children under sixteen (16) are fully responsible for their proper behavior/safety in regard to other guests, house rules and property.
