Chapel Hill B&B Venue Rental

Chapel Hill Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place for
wedding ceremonies and receptions; rehearsal dinners; birthday and anniversary parties; retreats and business meetings; and any other special event.
 

Rental Rates - 2011
IIncludes the Oak Pavilion (see pictures), altar area (see pictures), and grounds for the ceremony and/or reception for a total of 12 hrs. (10am. to 10pm.)

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - $2,300 for up to 140 people
 

Wednesday - $1500 for up to 100 people
 

Rehearsal Dinner - $700 for up to 50 people (3 hrs.)
              

 Available Option at additional cost

Booking Payments Information

A 50% non-refundable initial payment and signature of agreement is required at the time of booking. If the date for your event needs to be changed, we will work with you to apply your payment to another date and a $450 rescheduling fee will be added. Contracted packages may be upgraded pending availability. DOWNGRADES ARE NOT PERMITTED. Dates cannot be changed within 45-days of your event. The remaining balance is due 45-days prior to the scheduled event.
 

Security Deposit Information

A $500 security deposit is due 45-days prior to the scheduled event and will be used if additional cleaning or damage is assessed during your event. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided the facility is left in good condition and requires no additional cleaning. Damages in excess of $500 will be billed to the responsible party.

Vendors Policy
All vendors must be pre-approved before hiring them for your event, we require copies of their applicable licenses or permits, copy of liability and workers comp insurance, and compliance with our guidelines, including a five percent (5%) surcharge, no exceptions and not negotiable.
